About Vikkun

Vikkun — “selling” in Dhivehi — is a marketplace built for the Maldives. Buy and sell new and used goods across the islands, at a fixed price or through live auctions, from Malé to the furthest atoll.

Built for how the islands actually trade

• Island-aware browsing. Filter by atoll and island so you find things you can actually collect — or that can reach you by boat.
• Payments stay between you. Buyers pay sellers directly — bank transfer or Swipe, shown at checkout. Vikkun never holds your product money.
• Trust you can check. Every trader has a trust score computed from completed deals — never hand-edited, by anyone. Honoured deals raise it; defaults lower it.
• Coins keep auctions honest. Bidding takes a small coin fee and a refundable stake, so bids are commitments, not noise.
